Description: Illegal overnight commercial dumpster servicing is occurring at 3:50 a.m. at this location EVERY NIGHT. A private commercial trash truck belonging to Casella Waste Systems is emptying dumpsters at this hour, creating a severe and disruptive noise violation for the surrounding residential neighborhood. Its unbearable :( This is a direct violation of City of Boston PWD Dumpster Regulation 1.4.5, which strictly prohibits dumpster transport, emptying, or servicing between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Please issue a code enforcement warning/fine to the carrier and property owner. I also have a video but it won't let me submit videos
