- Today someone took trash in black bags from 4 Moreland St and dumped it in front of 134 Warren St. The owners of these investment buildings are causing rodent problems at the corner of Moreland & Warren Sts. They need to hire someone to put the trash in barrels in front of their building instead of dumping.
