Hi! I live in a 7+ unit residential building where tenants normally bring trash to an interior trash room and management moves the trash receptacles to the curb. Boston says furniture can go out with regular trash. Is a tenant required to personally move a piece of furniture from the building's interior trash area to the public curb, or can it be placed next to the building's trash receptacles for management to set out? (In my case, it’s a broken down bed frame and headboard) thank you!
