- There is a tree located at or immediately adjacent to the property line behind 34 Cherokee St, Boston, MA. The tree is intertwined with overhead utility cables. We contacted Xfinity and they confirmed that the cables are not their responsibility. We would like to determine whether there is any municipal or utility easement affecting this area and which entity is responsible for the utility lines/tree clearance. Please advise which department or utility we should contact.
