Description
would like to file a housing complaint and request an inspection of my apartment. Cigarette and marijuana smoke repeatedly enters my bedroom and kitchen from another unit. I have reported this condition to building management multiple times, but it has not been corrected. The smoke occurs at different hours, including during the night, affects my sleep, and has contaminated my bedding and clothing. I am requesting an inspection of my apartment, the shared wall, possible openings and the common areas to determine how smoke is entering the unit and whether the property complies with applicable housing and health requirements
