- The companies next door to our house start food delivery and dumpster pick up between 4AM and 5AM each day and it is incredibly loud and disruptive. Curious if this is allowed so close to a residential area. The address of the lot is on Washington St, which is not residential however the lot is entirely on the Parsons St side.
