Description
Owner-occupant, Unit 201. Children’s bedroom heating system has never worked since the building was built. I need information and cooperation from GBP Management (Shane Hayes, Shane@gbpmboston.com). First written request June 15, 2026. They have ignored follow-ups. Heating season started September 15. Request ISD inspection of the unit heating facilities and a report. I can be present.
