Description
Walking through Chinatown today, went down Oxford Street, which is in deplorable condition. Potholes galore. Street suffered a water main break in the last month and the patch job was horrible. Sidewalk on right side as you get closer to Essex Street was patched with asphalt and not useable for wheel chairs. Entire street needs attention. Didn’t take picture but believe me, the whole street is a mess.
