- At 71 Chelsea St. East Boston apartment three illegal immigrants trying to cut a gas line thinking it’s a waterline. None of them have a license I went to look at it and I ran right out of there. They’re either gonna blow it up. They’re cutting walls with saws all that has asbestos please get over there this kids in that building Fabian Gonzalez.
