- The ceiling at my property is caving in as a result of the on going side walk project in South Boston. This is now the 4th 311 report we have filed. ALL OTHER REPORTS HAVE BEEN IGNORED, CLOSED OUT, AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. As a direct result of 311 and the City of Boston’s negligence, the foundation of my home is destroyed and now the ceiling in the basement is caving in.
