Description
The City claims that Taft Court that runs between Corinth and South is not their responsibility and so they won't fix the crumbling sidewalks and uneven tree grates. This is the alleyway that the restaurants and stores on Poplar and Birch back up onto and the Village Market's parking lot runs alongside. I don't know who owns this property or who is responsible for it. Certainly the City can help out in this regard and notify the owners of the dangerous uneven tree grates and broken/crumbling sidewalks. This has been reported multiple times over the years and no one has bothered to do anything about it. Why doesn't the City notify whoever is responsible?
