- Sidewalk on Kirkwood, near the corner of South Street in Brighton (back of the building with the addresses 5, 9, and 15 South Street, Brighton) is badly Broken, Scaling, and Fractured due to heavy trash trucks driving across it into the alley to pick up dumpster garbage every week. The condition is a hazard to pedestrians and cars that enter/exit the alley driving over the sharp, broken pavement that is pitted more than 5 inches deep. This condition is getting worse every week when the garbage trucks break off more pavement. I believe this was first reported a year ago but nothing has been done. It is NOT "normal deterioration" it is sidewalk pavement mostly DESTROYED.
