Description
No working elevator at 47 WINTER ST BOSTON, MA 02108 residential building for almost a month or more now and new tenants up to the 8th floor were forced to move in end of August after the management company/ owners delayed their moving from July /1 to September/1 to fix elevator issues but the elevator was not fixed at the time they moved in and had to carry furniture up to the 8th floor and the building manager and the owner refused to cancel contract before moving for the lack of functional elevator. It’s a safety issue. No one has to walk every day all the way up to the 8th floor carrying personal items and groceries or taking the trash down 8 floors down.
