- Boston Public Works littering the street! BPW came to remove the tarp covering the scaffolding (presumably because the impending storm), but left all the plastic ties that were securing the tarp scattered on the street! Was it so difficult to clean up the trash that BPW workers created?! Nice way to set the example!
