Description
My neighbor at 41 Grove Street dropped an AC window unit and additional accessories out of her 2nd floor window onto the sidewalk below, moments before my dog and I walked past earlier this afternoon. Had we been there moments earlier, we could have been seriously injured. When I expressed how dangerous this was, she became aggressive and yelled at me, telling me to take it up with her property management company. I am particularly concerned about this neighbor and felt intimidated by her response. I am reporting the incident because of the extremely dangerous conduct and my concern for the safety of people and animals in the area
