Trash Placed Out Early

Description: I reported this earlier and public works truck drove right by it and did not pick up. My initial report was closed as Access issue. There is no access issue as it’s out in plain sight right next to alley 433 where trash is pit on on trash days. This is out too early. Please have public works pick up before nor’easter just blows everything into alley. This is near driveway behind 32-38 Fairfield in alley.
