- Description
- Location: Harambee Park (area near Wales St, Boston, MA 02124). Date and Time: Friday, September 25, 2026, at approximately 10:00 AM. Incident Details: A man lifted a dog to face height and intentionally dropped it to the ground from that height twice. Description: Individual: Black male, tall and thin. He was wearing a brown matching outfit with a hoodie. Pet: Brown and white dog (light brown). Note on Report Timing: This incident was not reported immediately because the individual and the witness were the only people in the park, and the man looked directly at her face. The witness immediately left the area for personal safety reasons.
