- I was unaware that private property could be allowed to look like a dumping ground. Are you saying this property is being used as a transfer center? Because that’s what it looks like to us. That is completely unacceptable. There are mattresses and trash on the property, and our neighborhood already has a serious rat problem. I will continue filing complaints until this is addressed.
