Description
Outside my home (31 Hillcrest St. West Roxbury) there is a tree within the sidewalk, which was planted years ago by the city. It is surrounded by earth and weeds. People constantly bring their dogs to this tree and surrounding area to have the dogs urinate and defecate. There are dog feces in that area all the time. Could the city put up a small fence around this rectangular area, just high enough to prevent dogs from accessing it? Dog feces and urine are a health hazard. I have noticed such fences around trees in other streets adjacent to my street.
