Improper Trash Storage

- Some trash from 4 Romar is being improperly placed next to 6 Romar. Trash in flimsy plastic bags and spilling out, then probably strewn about by an animal. See attached photo. I have since cleaned up the trash. Bins for 4 Romar are on north side of that building and tenants should be placing their trash there. I also called in to 311, assigned case #BCF00336256. I specifically requested that the city address this issue to the landlord of 4 Romar, which is LowTide Developers.
