- Slumlord at 105 w concord st (Hamilton Companies) has uncontainerized trash bin— huge wood “dumpster” falling apart for the last year +, now fully broken. Attracting rats, rodents, causing safety issue and creating tons of litter blowing down the street. They also do not clean up their sidewalks etc after trash pickup. Absolutely infuriating
