- Utility contractor complaint: Active drilling/construction is occurring at 390 Harrison Ave after normal construction hours. The contractor states that Eversource issued/authorized an emergency permit, but there is no apparent emergency at the site. Please verify the permit/authorization number, issuing authority, nature of the emergency, and the dates and hours authorized for this work. If there is no valid City-approved emergency or off-hours authorization covering this work tonight, please dispatch an inspector and require the after-hours work to stop.
