Description: BWSC has been working on something in the roadways at the intersection of Humbolt Ave. & Ruthven St. for weeks on end. Found multiple signs spanning 150 feet infront of ruthven st. residences in the 150-160 block, up the street from Humbolt Ave., where factually there are water shut offs gates they toggled last year for an emergency project at the same intersection. If this has anything to do with a water shut-off, which BWDC could not even say what these no parking signs were related to when called before this report, abutting residents are supposed to be directly notified, ie. Door flyers! Please tell abutters what is goin on near and/or directly effecting their homes and life normalcy! The taxes everyone pays around here, dictates it is nafarious not to provide prior & more specific notifications/information to abutters, or have easy conduits to find out whats goin on! The needs of the many are greater than the needs of the few! We whom.pay taces, ARE the many.
