- Deroma and sons.. working before permitted time of 7 am. Also taking up several intersections with no officer in sight. Strollers and people and wheel chairs have to enter the street with no police detail. Impacting tynan school and the church. I have babies who cannot sleep because they’re jack hammering before 7 am
