- Construction work began at approximately 4:00 AM this morning, Saturday, outside 390 Harrison Ave. And Berkeley Street The noise is extremely loud and disruptive. And this is unacceptable. This is two hours before Boston’s permitted 7:00 AM start time for construction noise. This has been an ongoing issue at this site despite prior complaints. Please investigate and enforce the permitted construction hours and provide a detailed response of your actions. This is completely unacceptable
