- Heavy construction began around 4:00 AM this Saturday morning at the Harrison Ave work site, with dump trucks, heavy machinery, bright work lights, and significant noise waking residents throughout the surrounding buildings. The crew had stopped work around 3:00 PM yesterday, yet returned before dawn today. Starting this type of disruptive construction at 4:00 AM on a Saturday is completely uncalled for for a residential neighborhood. Please investigate immediately and enforce the permitted construction hours.
