- Construction work by Boston Water and Sewer started on the northeast end of Harrison Ave this morning at 5:00AM which was obscene on a Saturday morning. Likely woke up the entire neighborhood. Work shouldn’t start before 7AM at the earliest. Can the construction schedule be shifted?
