Description
THE LEVEL OF NOISE AT THE ANCHOR in the Charlestown mavy yard IS AT 73 PLUS with my windows closed directly across the street! there should Never be Microphones used there. Please notify police to tell the anchor to lower volume immediately. The people in the Navy Yard can not handle 5 more hours of this volume level. Thank you.
