Description
New gutter/downspout extensions have been installed that discharge roof runoff directly at the public sidewalk. The sidewalk slopes downhill along the street so rain and snowmelt discharged here will run down the sidewalk and affect multiple properties. I’m worried about this creating a serious icing hazard in winter.
