Description
On Sunday afternoon I spoke with Joe Zhou, owner of 24 Highland Avenue Unit 1 in Roxbury 02119, as he put out two mattresses for pickup for at least the FOURTH time in a row. He told me that he’d made an online reservation for them to be picked up today as in past weeks. But once again the mattresses have not been picked up. Could the City PLEASE pick them up today? They pose a walkway and health hazard.
