- Description
- There is saw cutting into pavement overnight on Milford St in South End. I cannot find any permits for this work on the Boston Street Work page. It has been going on for two nights and ignoring quiet hours. If this is an emergency repair, residents weren't notified. If it's not an emergency, why heavy construction noise from midnight to 6am on a residential street?
