New / Modified Sign Request

- Description
- I live at 22 Reddy Ave and since June there has been construction on our street (for the better). However in front of my house there is a sign stating "No parking anytime, tow zone". I've parked in front of my house for 20 years and we got no explanation as to why it's there. We also have a new cross walkway and it floods when raining despite a new drain. I'd like to request the sign be removed or placed at the crosswalk.
