Description: There’s a really loose manhole cover in the driving lane. While a bystander temporarily slid the cover back over the open hole and placed a cone temporarily, it is unsecured and extremely loose. Every time a standard passenger vehicle drives over it, the cover shifts significantly and rattles loudly. Because it is not locked into place, there is a probability that a heavy truck or bus tire will cause the cover to flip, pop out, or dislodge entirely. Please dispatch a crew immediately to secure it properly before it causes a bad accident. Thank you.
