Description
A constituent reached out: "I am reaching out to hopefully bring some attention to a dangerous intersection at the corner of Brookside Avenue and Ophir St in Jamaica Plain. I am a life long resident and have seen numerous collisions and constant close calls involving both cars and pedestrians at this corner. Fellow neighbors have launched concerns over the years with attempts at getting stop signage or at the very least traffic mirrors implemented to make this turn safer. With parking right up to the corner it is a complete blind spot and will continue to pose a significant safety hazard until amended. There is a children's playground nearby as well as a busy health clinic which I believe furthers the need for action."
