Description
Dumpster occupying city street with no valid permit. The reason that you closed my previous report is incorrect. The dumpster is there for the work being done for the addition to the third floor of 501 Talbot Ave. Construction workers were actually throwing construction debris off the roof into the dumpster. Very unsafe.
