- That piece of junk that Commonwealth 90 (on the public alley 436) left 2 weeks ago is still here... Several complaints have been filed about this (in your online system), and the junk is still here. Is there a reason your inspectors aren't dealing with this issue? Please fine their building or require them to move their trash out of the common area.
