- Bruce Irving's Dogs have been dropping hard object, bones, balls above my unit. It started at exactly 10:03and has continued approximately every 10 mins in between drops. It is extremely startling and affecting my health as I have extreme anxiety, ptsd, and panic disorder that he is aware of andI believe this is retaliation.
