Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

Description: This bike has been illegally chained to this sign for months and is likely abandoned as it hasn’t moved for months. It is on the Rushmore street sidewalk for this property at 97 Academy Hill Rd. It is completely blocking the sidewalk which makes it dangerous for pedestrians as they must walk in the street to get around it and might get hit by a car. This is a follow up from other reports over the past few months. The bike is still there.
