Description
Turning from Surface Road onto Kneeland Ave is a nightmare. There are three lanes on Surface Road, and only the right lane turns right; this is also where the bus needs to pull over. What ends up happening is if you follow the rules and stay in the right lane, you’re cut off by everyone in the middle lane forcing themselves over when they realize they can’t turn from the middle. Kneeland Ave has two lanes, so I propose making the middle land of Surface Road a straight OR right hand turn lane. Many cars illegally turn from the center lane anyway. This would help improve traffic flow, for both cars and the bus.
