Description
There is no sidewalk in front of 77 Woodland Rd. Cars come down the hill fast and vehicles park along the street, which pushes pedestrians into the travel lane. We have two children, 7 and 5, and it isn't safe for them to walk outside. Many children live nearby, and the public path to the Arnold Arboretum near our house brings steady foot traffic along this street. I first requested a sidewalk in writing about two years ago and followed up by phone. Requesting: (1) a sidewalk in front of 77 Woodland Rd and the connected stretch if possible; (2) a speed/traffic-calming review of this part of Woodland Rd (speed humps, signage); (3) a case number and expected timeline. Happy to meet on site and share photos.
