- Street Sweeping Missed today - Esmond Street for the 2nd Tuesday. Why is the even side missed after everyone vacated? The street sweeping should be consistent as the signage states. This happens often especially when it rains & dry on the even number side. Can department of public works ensure the 4th Tuesday is done as scheduled?
