- Description
- The traffic lights need to be turned on in the AM at the intersection of Malcolm X Boulevard and Shawmut Ave / Guild Row. I am a pedestrian that crosses this intersection every morning at 5:45am, and it is EXTREMELY dangerous because cars do not stop. There has been two instances where there was a close car crash due to cars not knowing who gets the right of way. Please turn these traffic lights on for the safety of drivers and pedestrians.
