- Description
- More dogs off leash at the park. I really am concerned about the safety of my children. This is not a dog park. These dogs run up to my children and I fear they’ll be bitten. This owner is a repeat offender and has sworn at me that her dogs have more of a right to be at the park than my kids do. My kids are under 3!
