Description: Requesting an all-way stop at the intersection of Sumner St and S Bremen St in East Boston. Currently only S Bremen St has a stop sign. Cars are consistently parked along both sides of Sumner St right up to the intersection, which blocks the view of oncoming traffic for drivers stopped on S Bremen. Drivers have to creep into Sumner St without being able to see what's coming, which feels blind and dangerous. The intersection also feels like the top of a small hill, which adds to the challenge. There is also steady foot traffic at this intersection, so pedestrians are crossing in front of confused drivers who can't see well. I've lived nearby for almost two years and this is a daily problem. I'm requesting that BTD review this intersection for: 1. An all-way stop (stop signs on Sumner St) 2. Updated/refreshed crosswalk paint 3. No-parking zones near the corners to improve sightlines A traffic signal would also be welcome if the intersection qualifies. Thank you.
