Domestic Animal Issue

Description: Dog parking. I live at 87 Saint Stephen St. and the dog in apartment 21 is constantly barking, especially when the owners aren’t home. They’ll leave the dog at a home for hours and hours alone and it barks, throws itself against the door, scratches the door and doesn’t go quiet until they finally get home. Extremely disturbing and annoying. I’ve asked the landlord to do something about it. I don’t know what has been resolved. I’ve complained twice this week alone. I have the emails about it the times that I sent the emails that I’ve complained about it multiple times throughout the year. I just want peace and quiet in my apartment.
