🚨🚨 ATTENTION ATTENTION, CITY OF BOSTON BOSTON PUBLIC WORKS, DISTRICT 3 AND BOSTON INSPECTIONAL SERVICE.Date: October 17, 2026 Target Location: Rear of 556 Columbia Road (Arion Street Corridor Lot), Dorchester, MA 02125 Incident Classification: Illegal Dumping & Sanitary Code Violation (Massive Accumulation) Action Taken: Submitted official service requests to Boston Public Works District 3 for emergency debris extraction and to the Inspectional Services Department (ISD) Code Enforcement Division for structural investigation. Evidence Link Established: Co-mingled physical mail pieces located within the dumped furniture heap explicitly identify the source point of origin as 48 Princeton Street, Apartment 2, East Boston, MA 02128. Traceable Individuals Logged: • Christian Amaya (48 Princeton St, Apt 2) • Sebastian Amaya (48 Princeton St, Apt 2) • Julian Amaya (48 Princeton St, Apt 2) • Lizbeth Gutierrez (48 Princeton St, Apt 2) Community Impact Framework: The dumped bulk items (fabric sectional sofa, broken structural wooden frames, household cabinetry, loose trash) present active rodent infestation vectors. The obstruction directly compromises neighborhood safety, pedestrian mobility, and environmental safety—specifically impacting local seniors, students, and physically challenged residents utilizing the local transit corridor. IS please don't ticketed our property 566 Columbia Road, we didn't place the illegal dumping items there. Please investigate said location and individuals for origin of the illegal dumping. I personally took the initiative to break up and dispose of most of it what remains is what you see in the 311.
