- Street lights on on Warren and Dartmouth since 1am. Major intersection and the city has failed to get BPD to monitor the lights. I 911ed it and still no one there. This happened a month ago and there was an accident. Given that regular power outages here, the city needs to have a protocol so pedestrians stay safe.
