- At the corner of Juniper Street & Cedar Street, a contractor recently completed road resurfacing on the intersection. The new asphalt was laid too flush with the curb line, completely eliminating the important rain-gutter lip at the yellow pedestrian ramp. Rainwater flowing down the hill bypasses the street flow-line, flooding directly down the pedestrian sidewalk and over the yellow tactile warning pad in a dangerous and slippery way as it is going down a steep hillside. Attached is a photo of the issue.
