- I own 1/3 of 129 Metropolitan Ave. it is inhabitable. A disabled person, his partner and adult son are currently staying in the downstairs apartment. They have been told to vacate. They have destroyed home. There is a hoarding issue. There is a severe rodent infestation that is affecting the neighborhood. No heat or electricity to upstairs apartment, lead paint, no working bathroom or kitchen sink. The disabled person needs in home nursing care. He is refusing to let anyone in. Myself included. We are trying to sell the property. We need to do what’s right. I’m trying to help. It’s truly dangerous living environment
