Description
There has been constant, loud noise from the new hospital construction site since 10:00 p.m., and it is now 3:30 a.m. My understanding is that construction is permitted only between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Has a new permit been issued allowing overnight work? Is this going to be the new normal? Please investigate and stop unauthorized overnight construction. If nighttime work is permitted, residents deserve advance notice and a clear schedule, not unpredictable noise throughout the night.
